By accessing or using Hypandra (“the Service”), operated by ARCHIGNES LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hypandra is a web-based platform currently in beta testing that uses large language models (LLMs) to generate reflections (“reflections”) and alternative questions based on user-submitted questions. The Service also provides links to external search tools and allows users to share their questions and generated content via public URLs.
3. Beta Service Notice
Hypandra is currently in beta testing. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice. Features and functionality may change as we continue development.
4. Use of Service
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
4.2 Content Restrictions
While using the Service, you agree not to submit content that:
- Violates the terms of service of our API providers (Anthropic, Groq, Inc., and OpenAI)
- Is illegal or violates applicable law
4.3 Intrusive Curiosity Policy
We discourage questions that involve intrusive curiosity about individuals' private matters. Privacy is an essentially contested concept¹, and we recognize the tension between public interest and reasonable expectations of privacy. This Service should not be used to violate reasonable expectations of privacy. Such content may be removed or flagged with a notice at our discretion.

5. Content and Data
5.1 Your Content
You retain any ownership rights you may have in the questions you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your questions for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.2 Generated Content
Content generated through our API providers is created using third-party services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of generated content.
The reflections and alternative questions generated by our AI models are for informational, educational, and creative purposes only. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice, factual research, or to inform important decisions where accuracy is essential. Always verify any important information with authoritative sources. Please provide feedback to our team if you are concerned about particular generations at support@hypandra.com or submit a complaint directly here.
5.3 Data Storage and Sharing
- We store your questions and generated content using our cloud database provider (Supabase)
- Your questions are sent to third-party API providers (Anthropic, Groq, Inc., and OpenAI) for processing
- We may link stored data to user accounts when users create accounts or sign in
- We may use local storage in your browser for functionality purposes
- We reserve the right to use aggregate, anonymized data for research and development purposes
5.4 Public Sharing
When you share a link to your question, it creates a publicly accessible URL that anyone with the link can view. Shared content may include your original question and/or generated reflections or alternative questions, depending on the sharing option selected.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including:
- Anthropic, Groq, Inc., and OpenAI for API processing
- Supabase for data storage
- Vercel for hosting
- External search tools (via links)
Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Moderation and Monitoring
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove content at our discretion. We may remove content or add notices to shared pages if we determine content violates these Terms or our community standards.
8. Service Availability and Limitations
- The Service is provided “as is” and may be subject to limitations, interruptions, or restrictions
- We may implement usage limits without prior notice
- We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service
9. Disclaimers
9.1 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated reflections and alternative questions are for informational and creative purposes only. They should not be relied upon for important decisions, professional advice, or factual accuracy.
We design the system to be open to surprising, facially wrong, and otherwise challenging questions as it may sharpen curiosity. The Hypandra system is designed to engage with a wide range of user curiosities, including unconventional or shocking questions. This openness allows the exploration of novel ideas and the limits of ignorance. However, we do not intend to encourage or endorse harmful, abusive, illegal, or intentionally misleading content.
9.2 No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCHIGNES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Future Changes
11.1 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
11.2 Monetization
We reserve the right to introduce fees, subscriptions, or advertising in the future. We may also monetize aggregate data or models derived from user interactions.
11.3 Terms Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter content on Hypandra that you believe violates these Terms, infringes your rights, or is otherwise abusive, please report it to us at support@hypandra.com. Include the URL of the content and a description of the issue. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
14. DMCA/Copyright Policy
If you believe content on Hypandra infringes your copyright, please email us at support@hypandra.com with a DMCA takedown request. Include the URL of the infringing content, your contact information, and a statement of your good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or law.
15. Children's Use and COPPA Compliance
Hypandra is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service or submit any information. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information from our systems.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's online activities and to help enforce these Terms. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Hypandra, please contact us at support@hypandra.com so we can investigate and delete the information as necessary.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARCHIGNES LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
