When AI shaped your research but not your prose:
You may not need a writing-process disclaimer—but consider whether AI shaped the claims you're making. If you used AI for research, brainstorming, or generating ideas, ask: did I verify what it told me independently? Depending on your audience and the stakes of your claims, you may still want to describe your verification process.
